First check for the network that has a local number for your
city, then signup for that network
!! Caution !! Dial the
Number with a Phone first; to be sure it a LOCAL CALL !!
Do Not Use 1+ as this will let a long distance call go through
After signup please wait about 15 minutes for the server to authenticate
